More insight, less time

Using our Virtual Proxiee (VPx) feature, evaluators now have a 60sec video which is like a virtual cover letter, with a resume attached for a more complete perspective on candidates

Uniform Evaluation Components

Use default or custom evaluation components to apply uniformed standards to all candidates within a round. Evaluators utilize timestamped annotations and a balanced proficiency scale to anchor evaluations and avoid bias against neurodiverse candidates.

On-Demand (asynchronous) and Live Interview formats to extend accessibility and reach for a wider range of candidates
